Cat and dpf are in the same unit on Fords, you have to actualy cut the enclosure, get the ceramic dpf filter out, and then wel the enclosure back, leaving only the cat inside. You could also get a cat only unit fitted. Remap is not always the best solution but it is a solution

I don't really know if it would fit ... i think this is for the american models ?
And this is for the 90hp 1.6 tdci and i thin kthis would fit.
