i recently purchased a 10 month old latest series Focus Titanium with sat nav. Unfortunately the Owner's handbook only has vague instructions on its operation and neither Ford nor the dealer can provide specific instrucions, so I am unable to know whether I am inputting incorrectly or it is faulty. I made a mistake entering my home address and when I enter delete or reset setting I get a screen asking me to confirm-however when I press the the OK button nothing happens- I have three OK buttons: 2 on steering wheel and one on radio/sat nav unit and none have any effect! i fear I may have the same problem if I have to alter or delete a destination.

The OK you need to press will be the button on the screen if FX model then the button below the OK text.

Thank you for your reply-unfortunately your suggestion has not worked. I am calling into my Ford dealer on Thursday and their"expert" will hopefully guide me through the vagaries of the system!
