hi will i gain a lot of power if i decat it as looked today and the cat is very long and looks restrictive . thanks

A decat will improve air flow but also really needs a high flow air filter to make a real difference.
Of course though, it wouldn't pass an M.O.T without one.

agreed and if you think youre mpg is bad now wait till you decat lol a sports cat is a better way to go

lol very true wasnt sure if it would make it worse or just stay the same if im not booting it
