Contact the previous owner would seem like a good place to start.
Contact details of the last owner will be on your new V5 when you get it, otherwise any decent engineering shop could make you one, not cheap though.
I had an 8 into 4 into 2 with cherry bombs made for my mustang in 1985 and it cost me £500 then!!!!

If you decide to follow this route they may ask you to remove it first, keep it in one piece if you do for them to copy in CAD
