cheap coilies start at approx £150, better ones about the £300 mark and the best are a lot more!
try venom motorsport website for the FK versions.

Eibach's supposed to be good, although these are for 2008 model but this is the type of kit you need.

Depending on what your after... Just the eibach springs are good!
-30mm for £135ish... And they are also a ford option...

No need to go for coilovers, just change the springs.

Rather than start a new topic.... what are the advantages of lowering springs over coilovers? Ive only driven an accord with coilovers and wasnt impressed it drove like and the ride felt like the boot was full of blocks

but it admitedly looked well. Would the lowering springs be way of getting around completely ruining the ride or is it just a case accepting these things.
