hi i am wanting to change the lighting in my interior the dashboard and speedo and need any help or advice on doing this thanks

I am pretty sure you'll find all the ones in the dash are Surface Mount LED.
There are companies that do this service but you have to remove components and send them off and they charge a fair bit.
