just bought a mondeo and looked at a few along the way and most of them had broken cup holders. The one on mine (by gearstick) is stuck in and I can't shift it - any fix tips?

Simple answer, buy a replacement -

Thanks all. Have managed to free the holder but it won't stay in now so have ordered a replacement
