apparently this horse is not belonging to the garda but it was belonging to a member of the traveling community who was trying to sell it at an illegaly held horse fare, where the garda and the ISPCA has swooped on the place to siese any animal that appeared to have been miss treated or stolen from the surrounding areas,

and judging by the picture this horse was more than happy to see the Garda at the fair
