With the price of gas nowadays he must be loopy. 
Yeah, Part of me wonders if it comes down to the fact that he needed that license to keep food on the table, cos the governments screwing of our country has left him unable to provide.
I have to say, I would be upset as well, but not sure how long or what it would take to go to his lengths!
