My Ford Ka Edge registered on 13th April 2012 hasnt any DRLs is this OK? Mind you Im not bothered as I ride a motorcycle and find cars with DRLs mask the motorcycles amongst them.

Yes it's fine. The new EU law only applies to [u][b]newly designed[/b][/u] and built cars - ie the next Ka model (not a facelift) will need to have them.
