Hi i have got a set of 16" tires but they have got 215 60 16 on will they fit and without rubbing against my arches
They should mate, you haven't the car lowered at all yet have you?
No i haven't but would they rub on full lock or anything. don't want to put them on just in case
No mate they shouldnt 
What you need to do is measure the diameter of the tires with a tape measure then compare this with the diameter of the tires you all ready have on the car.
They shouldnt rub anyway I have 215/55/16 on mine and they are perfect 60s isnt much of an increase
