Ive finally gotten the full zetec s body kit fitted to the car after having the body kit in storage since june 2011 and i must say it has made a hell of a difference to the apperance,
im very happy with the outcome, going back next month to get a set of headlight brows colour coded and fitted too.

i kept stopping off at different parts of the road on the way home, to take some pictures lol

The focus has gone From This:

i purchased the kit from the same listings and seller as listed below,

focus zetec s custom mud flaps (Supplied with fitting Guide)
http://www.ebay.co.u...=item2a1e4de0e6

but now the price of a ST front bumper is cheaper than the zetec s front lip so you could purchase an st bumper and have a replica for much the same price. although when fitting the st front bumper you would require a new front lower grill and maybe some fog light surround sections.

Lenny, the car looks amazing, total transformation. I can now see you bein very careful when parking in car parks! So, whats next?

Car looks great buddy, ZS kit is a cracking upgrade on the Mk2.5.

As Sal says, what's next?! I think a set of 18s really finish it off, but I know wheels are very subjective to personal preference, not only on looks but comfort too. I also know they're subjected to Irish roads, which is rarely a good thing up round here!

Where were those last few roadside snaps in Post #4 taken if you don't mind me asking? Something about it looks familiar...

Looks very nice! I wonder how much value it has added to the car.

Lenny! Looking SWEET!!!

Does my Beady little eye notice u have had the rear "diffuser" painted darker than the silver it usually is??

Also those DRL's look pukka!! I'm extremely tempted to put them on mine now!!

Thanks Guys,
next is to fit some mud flaps this evening when i get home, then next month or the month after that, fit some colour coded headlight brows, change both front grills to the Zs ones, fit some red S badges and reversing sensors, becaue the rear actually meets the kerbs now with the diffuser fitted. but before i could roll the whell to the kerb when parking at work but not now lol

and the pictures were taken along the route from Baltinglass Co.Wicklow to Arklow Co.Wicklow stopped of in Hacketstown cemetery car park, also the side of the road on the way in to tinahely and the forest car park at shillelagh Co.Wicklow

Thanks for the comments mate,
my focus will always be priceless to me, but the zetec s is not available to purchase in ireland, only by import so i have only ever saw two zetec s focus mk2.5's in ireland so very rare unless imported, even the sony stereo is rare over here, i saw a ST3 in the dealers and it had a ford 6000cd fitted in the dash.

thanks mate,
and yes you are 100% correct,
ive gotten the diffuser section sprayed in Peugeot Graphite Grey, took two cans of Hallfords stuff, i bought them in hallfords and gave them to the body shop so as i could be sure it would be the exact colour i wanted, because i went to hallfords and picked up a can of moondust silver, then picked up some charcoal coloured cans to try and get a good contrasting colour, which ended up being the peugeot graphite grey,
which IMO will look excellent with a stainless steel Oval tip Duplex exhaust.

What can i say m8 , car looks terrible , worse MOD you have done so far , you must be really dissappointed with the outcome.

Tell you what m8 , to save you having to look at those terrible skirts and bumpers , just pull them off , and send them to me , you won't regret it , think of it as doing you a massive favour , you won't have to get up every morning and burst into tear's sobbing all day realizing what a real bad idea you had fitting them to your car and not MINE

in a word ''Scary''
i now have honda civic and integra drivers with de-cat 4 inch exhaust pipes and base ball caps waving at me in the petrol station fore court and thinking im their friend lol
but it feels good to know that if it ever gets removed from the driveway that thier are many unique features on it including the rear badge brake light that the chances of it being found are very high,
im very happy with the results and the first time i ever kissed a man was the momment i collected it from the body shop lmao

i havent driven it much since i got it back because i didnt have the flaps fitted and the paint will be soft for a week so ive just been going to work and home keeping it at 80-100kmh
Lenny
Just fitted the mud flaps to it thies evening took me 1 hr 30 minutes due to trouble with ford wheel nuts, and the Tin caps on them or i should say the Tin caps that were on them lol

ive got seven images of the flaps fitted, posted a few space up on this page,
they may have not been their when you first loaded the page or you would have noticed them,
were very easy and straight foward to fit. hopfully Geoff will have some more sets for sale soon,

18 inch ST wheels will finish that off perfectly Lenny, I think the ST wheels are nicer than the 18 inch Zetec S ones. Friend of mine up here has a Zetec S in Colorado Red, lovely looking car but I really think the 18s are needed to finish the job rather than the 17s he has on as standard.

I really like the darker colour you've done on the diffuser too, looks great against the silver.

There's a guy from Belfast over on TalkFord has a red Zetec S...quite a few exterior mods so I'll dig out a link if interested.

He seems to be quite into the modding scene, but gives you and idea of the results of lowering, tinting, 18-ing and a custom exhaust! He has painted his diffuser also, even darker than yours, but both of yours look much better than original. The black looks good against the red, but the colour you've gone with looks better against the silver as it's not as stark a contrast as black would have been.

thanks for the link mate,
it looks good, i plan to fit a single oval duplex exhaust system in january at the latest because the cheapes stainless system i can get is £456.84 from Pipercross next up from thet is £675.00 for the Bastuck system,
i think the shiny oval tips on the duplex will look good next to the graphite gray diffuser section.

Definitely will look nice. Are those prices for a complete system then yeah? That one in the link cost the guy £300 if I remember right, and that's a powerflow stainless guaranteed for life. Found this from one of our convos when he was pricing the exchaust...

"Ok so I got some prices:

For powerflow duplex using mild steel and coming out with 2x1 tips (like ST) it was £180 fitted (2 year guarantee on steel)
For powerflow duplex using stainless steel and coming out with 2x1 tips (like ST) it was £250 fitted (lifetime guarantee)

What I went for because I'd have to buy a ST diffuser had I of went for any of the above because of the size of my ZS diffuser:

For powerflow duplex using stainless steel and coming out with 2x2 tips it was £300 (lifetime guarantee)"

He got this done with a guy in Newtonabbey, http://www.deesexhausts.co.uk/ , and although I'll obviously not be doing my exhaust until after I get my rear bumper on, I thought I'd call in with them one day when I was in the area. Really nice people and definitely know their stuff. He has a sweet-shop style selection of exhaust tips on shelves in a store out the back to choose from, and the choice of wallpaper is 'interesting' to say the least, haha.

I know piper exhausts do a range of focus exhaust systems, cant remember all the prices but I think just the rear section was 180. Give them a google and see if there prices are much better. Also there's a place by me in Walsall, Birmingham called MIJ exhausts who have done some focus Zetec s custom builds with good reviews.
