Fitting my parrot kit removed the glove box and found this plug on my mk 2 any idea what it's for cheers

If you have an AUX in, in the glovebox than its for that. Plugs into the back of the glovebox

Couldnt find the end of the cable behind the radio I added one myself so your saying I already had he cable

Actually just checked on the stereo loom on the bottom rights have a connector with orange and white wires I assume it's tat but for the aux cable I added it goes next to it on the left in the stero connector blk so I'm not sure what th orange and white on does

That plugs into the passenger airbag deactivation switch if fitted.
It branches off to the passenger airbag and behind the switch panel where it would plug into a warning light.

It's easy to confuse the two cables but the airbag cable has six holes and the aux cable has four.
The plugs are the same colour but slightly different shape/size.

Fitting the parts is easy but I believe that the thing needs to be programmed too.
Maybe the ELM config software posted on the forum can do it.
