Hi all! Newbie on here - hopefully someone can please advise me! - My wifes KA has failed MOT on the hazard interior tell tale not working (above/behind steering wheel). I have looked all over the web but cannot find details of what bulb etc needed - or is it just as easy to swap indicator/washer stalks that include the unit??

Any help appreciated!

Hi Carl.
First welcome to the Forum.
In answer to your query, the stalk/hazzard switch module you are looking for is the same on the escort and fiesta and is a reasonably simple replacement, you just need to remove the steering columb housing and i believe the unit just clips into place.
There is a 21 pin plug to connect the unit up.

Thanks for that! - I just thought that the bulb may be replaceable, just doesn't seem a very economical option to completely swap unit!!

But I suppose its Ford we are talking about here!

You tend to find that a lot of lights in cars are SMD LED bulbs so to replace them is a pig of a job.
With a swapped unit at least you will eliminate any possibility of a damaged wire or connection.
