I have a Puma which is suffering water ingress into the offside front footwell. I have eliminated the obvious possibilities but have had it suggested that water can get in through the front bulkhead where the wiring harness passes through. Is this the most likely cause; are there other possibilities and can it be remedied easily?

ford released a tsb (no 078/1999) about water coming in through the main wiring loom grommet behind fuse box. If its leaking through the grommet you need to talk to ford customer relations (0845 841 1111) asap, as the water could track down the loom and enter the ECU.
