i have a 1998 escort cabriolet and the hydraulic fluid resevoir for the roof is very low. i would like to know what type of hydraulic fluid to use to refill??

Correct stuff is Ford part number 13841104 apparently this is the same for all year cabriolets. I paid £9 + VAT for a litre.
