Hi i have a mk2.5 focus the mirror housing has a crack . I was woundering if i can buy a manuel one and change all of my electric into it.

Vinyl wrap it , save yourself some money

It's easier to buy a replacement on eBay.
Transplanting parts from one to another is probably more work than you'd expect.

the mk2.5 housings casings are available from ford already colour coded for around £30-£50 if you can tell me the colour you reqiuire and what side of the car, i can give you the finis part number for you to order the part from ford so you wont need to explain anything just tell them you want to order finis number dot dot dot,
