Hi all! Thought it was about time I joined your forum. I've been using the How-To guides for a while now and am impressed. Not really into major modifications but the info supplied in the guides is a great help in upgrading the minor issues with lower spec Style. Had a spare hour today so went to our local scrappy and managed to salvage 2 sun visor courtesy lights, 3 boot compartment lights, (to be used as rear footwell lights), 2 rear overhead lights and lighting/dimmer control switch. All for the princely sum of £10! Well chuffed.

Wow you did very well for a tenner , the dimmer switches usually go 40+ on Ebay. Let us know how the fitting goes.

Alas! My joy is short lived!! I got the light control/dimmer switch from a Mondeo wrongly assuming it would fit the Focus. It doesn't. No matter. It was still worth it for the lights and lenses I got. Tried the switch in my car and it all works fine. So if anyone needs a control/dimmer switch for a Mondeo let me know.Lol.

You will be able to sell that Dimmer for double what you paid for it on Fleabay

Yeah most probably. But I've never sold on Ebay. Can't be bothered with the grief tbh. Would be happy with postage costs if someone on the forum needed it.
