Hi, my wifes ford focus had front brake discs/pads replaced on 101k miles which was October last year.
In about May this year (on 108k miles) the car was juddering when braking, took it to garage and front discs/pads were replaced as i was told the discs were warped.
For the past few weeks the car is juddering again, now on 111k miles we're by told by local garage the front discs are warped and need replacing.
Really? Is something causing them to warp or is it actually something else?

as above, check the calipers out - sounds like they could be binding to me

If you're getting excessive pad wear then I'd say binding as well.
