Why when its raining or has rained & the roads are wet does my car drive different? The steering feels completley different to when its dry??

What you have to remember is that the contact area of a type is about the size of the palm of your hand.
Reduced traction and grip caused by wet roads effectively reduces that to the area of a fag packet.
Reduced grip and less traction means that more energy is wasted and steering is less precise and less feedback through the rack.
All cars will drive and feel different in wet or slippery conditions.

Yeah less grip, also the steering wheel doesnt go back to 12 o clock how it should do after turning which make the front tyres feel even heavier???
