Wrong engine. Mk3 is 115bhp as OP has in his signature.

Hmm, not a fan of tuning boxes vs remaps. Essentially it just overfuels, which on a diesel is not the end of the world as they're open to atmosphere anyway (unlike a petrol which is not and controlled by throttle flap) but there's no increase in boost to accompany the extra fuel. Been behind a couple of older cars with them and they were proper smoky. some cars even throw up a fault code as the ECU knows the false readings it's getting from the MAF are not right.
If you can afford it, get a proper remap.

The best option is undoubtedly to go for a remap, [url="http://www.mybluefin.co.uk/"]Superchips Bluefin[/url] is one I'd give serious consideration to.
