Hi guys jest going to change glows and noticed turbo inlet(maybe) has 2 brass threaded holes on has plastic (broke)in it while othere dont should they be covered or open?

They do not matter and they don't do anything apart from hold little plastic clips in - no need to do anything about if - it will not affect your car in any way
