Can anyone tell me what the orange warning light that looks like a wheel with sparks coming off it (my best description) its the 2nd light down on the RHS of the lights on my mk1 focus 1.6 auto is please.

Possibly Traction Control by the sounds of it.

Hi Stoney,,, does this light have different meanings. As my friend has a manual transit connect 1.8tdci and this light has started to flash on his, but he hasn't got traction control either, can you shed any light ???

On an automatis it's transaxle cooling on a manual it's powertrain fault

Was the traction control light,must be a short somewhere as the car dont have traction control thanks for the suggestions
