The bearings are press fit.
You may be able to knock them out with a socket and a bfh but they will need to be pressed In properly to make sure they're straight.

the bearings on ebay are included fitted in the hubs.. would these still need pressing in and out? thought i might just be able to swap the hubs?

That would save having to hunt for a press for sure.
Worth going for I'd say.
