Diesal knock increases when using air con. It is extremely noisy.

Ford dealers will not do anything because management system does not recognise a fault even though they admit it is a malfunction with the injectors. Is this right? or can anything be done? The car is still under Ford warranty and I suspect it is all down to cost.

complain to ford customer services on 0845 841 1111 and get them to register the fault so that if anything happens connected to this after the warrenty has run out you will have a case to to pursue.
