Just had my MOT done on a 1.8i ford focus 2002 reg with 80,000 miles.

It passed :-)

What I am struggling to understand is the following (I have looked for this info everywhere but can't find it)

MOT print out is :

Does this mean the car is producing no CO2 or am I just reading it wrong ?

Looks as if the only reading is from the lamda sensor ! most likely the probe thats placed in your exhaust was not working properly !!!!!! If its a hydrocarbon burning machine it must produce co2 !!!!!! cars rarely fail emissions anyway !

Makes sence now. I just could not understand why readings where so low. Thanks for the explanation

The mot doesn't check co2 , only co , which should be as close to 0 as posible due to the catalytic converter fitter to the vehicle!
