Ok my Escort's (1995 1.4L) problem is next:
After a long drive the temp dial is only at the beginning of the "NORMAL" section. Covering about 1/6 of the whole "NORMAL" sector. But at the same time the engine is hot as it should be (I think) - so hot that I can't hold my hand on the engine or on coolant pipes.
What could be the problem?
