Just bought an 07 Focus TDCi Ghia, was driving on the dual carriageway and noticed a really bad whistleing noise seeming to come from teh front windscreen. Has anybody had this problem or know what it is

Check to see if you have'nt bought the car with any illegal immigrants in it sorry

I know it's a different model, but I have the same problem with my 2002 focus. It seems to be coming from around the drivers side window. So I'm presuming it's probably just the rubber seals, unless you have a tiny stone chip in your windscreen

Have you had the screen changed recently? / not bonded properly.
Any loose trims around screen?
Possible door rubber near screen?
