how do i get my light to come when unlocking the door i wont my front and back lights to come on

That might put a strain on the battery over time if the engine wasn't running. It would take a bit of messing about with fuses and relays, I wouldn't bother tbh.

doesnt it do it already mine comes on as soon as u press the remote to unlock mines a 51 plate i thought they all did that

I think hes on about headlights as in the follow me home feature on Mk2 cars.
