Hello fellow Focus Owners!

Probably a simple one for you guys & gals out there - I'm having problems with the electric tailgate release in that the dash button ain't working and neither is the remote on the ignition key.

Any suggestions?

check the wiring where it goes into the tailgate for any damage.

Thanks for the tip - have looked at the wiring and all seems in good order.

Any other ideas??
