Dead simple.
Likely to be the anti roll link bar, links the anti roll bar to the suspension arm or strut.
Don.t jack it up, get ya arm under, and try and move the anitroll bar up and down.
DO same with car jacked up a little to take load off, feel for play, it will be TINY, litteraly 1mm will make a horrid sound.
If they both solid, get a pry bar and try and lift the antiroll bar up from its fixings on the chasis, if it does then its the inner bushes that need doing.
Link bars should be no more than 15quid in trade plus VAT and a pair of inner bushes shouldnt cost you more than a tenner. Expect to pay 10-20% on top for places like Motor Factors (best bet) or 50-100% on top for Ford/Halfrauds. You will get same quality from Motor Factors too.
easy job too....just post if any probs n me help ya
