Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum - posted this in the newbie bit, but then saw the note saying to put any questions in appropriate threads...

I'm looking to replace my astra with a focus in a couple of months - (company car)

I really have to get an automatic as my left foot is very temperamental after an injury.

Really want the Zetec S but automatic options are limited... and are therefore very expensive 2.0 Powershift

So, i feel I will have to get a regular Zetec but with the sport pack to get 17 inch wheels.

Does anyone have some pics of a Zetec 3 door in white with the privacy glass and 17" wheels.

Haha, its funny you should say that, went down a little lane the other day full of mud and splattered the car all over, windows and everything. That was a couple of days ago and today it was booked in at the Ford garage to fix the aux port and they even washed it afterwards. Now I know they do this but the state it was in I didnt think they would touch it.

Sods law my friend mines absoutly caked in crap atm just havent got the time to wash it did a massive wheelspin in a muddy carpark its even on the roof! was impressed at 1st now i wish i hadent of lol. At least you see what i mean about white and dirt though

Yeah its fun at the time, just not when you realise you have to wash it off and you dont have time and its to cold.

Very VERY nice!

I have to say that white is my favourite colour on the focus outside of the RS/ST Green/Orange options.

Cheers and yeah, white is an amzing colour, I think its looks good on most spors cars or sporty looking cars.

but you never noticed white cars seem to rust more every white car ive had has rusted more and is a pain in the back end to clean just be careful as the colour can effect resale value not sure where white sits also in what car news white cars are the most stolen White cars are said to be more at risk because white paint is non-metallic and is easier to disguise through re-spraying.

Black and silver cars were second and third in the list, although this may be down to the fact that they are the most popular car colours, and so there are more of them to steal.

i also was told it costs more to insure a white car than the same car in a different colour im not sure if thats true but all worth thinking about
