    Mondeo MK2
  1. I have the same problem on the front passenger door.. the central locking doesnt work on that door.. It can be annoying at time if you carry passengers.. but since I drive around alone its no fuss :D
  2. I came across this very thread when my Mondeo MK2 developed the same problem last night. I was driving back from London after having scrapped frost off the car at 8 PM!... the screen jets worked initially driving on the M40.... before they suddenly stopped working. Having seen the comments above I was bracing myself that I'd have to get all of the above checked (washer bottle, undo stuff etc).. The freezing weather really did take its toll on the washer system. I first started by using a PIN to prod open the screen jets today... Got a bottle of rather warm water and poured some over the nozzle openings as well... (to try and melt ice around the opening)... used the pin a bit more and got the jets working !! :D
  3. Wet rear footwell

My friends X Type Jag developed the same kinda problem.. The garage couldnt identify the problem.. Got rid of it in the end before it got worse..
  4. How many have you owned ?

Hi all.. Am new to the Forum I've gota Mondeo as my very first car... lol.. Big most might think for a first car.. but yea.. once you are used to it .. works like a charm. 2.0 L LX - Metallic Green (S Reg).. bought it from a good fam friend who'd taken great care of it for the 6 years he had it.. So far so good ! :D Mite stick to a Mondeo for ma 2nd car, whenever I get to it... Keen on a rather sporty one. ST220 perhaps.. :P
