  1. My manual is about doing about 10L/100Km (28mpg) on long cursing runs and around 11.8L/100Km (24mpg) around town. Andrew
  2. Ford is recalling about 391,000 Ranger pickup trucks because the driver's airbag inflators can explode with too much force and cause injuries. The recall covers trucks from the 2004 through 2006 model years in the U.S. and Canada. So UK Rangers seem OK (for now). Andrew

  4. Well she is back plus new gear box came to £1500 all in. Sad that a truck with such low millage eneded up need a new gear box :o Andrew
  5. Not good news total rebuild required (£1000) not including the labour to remove and refit the gearbox. Andrew
  6. My 04 plate 2.5 turbo Ranger will not stay in fifth gear just pop straight out Ok in all the other gears. No noise or vibration. Any one had this problem? Andrew
