  1. Fanstaying On In Focus

Hi I have a 2000 focus, and now when i switch the engine off the fan stays on till the battery goes flat. I am hoping that the problem is a simple solinoid or something. Any advice would be appreciated.
  2. Air Con Recharge

I want to recharge the air con on my Focus 2001. i was told by a mechanic it is a small fixing under the passenger side front wheel arch, but could not see it. I was going to buy a kit from Halfords for £30 and do it myself, but was told my the said mechanic that this was illegal due to the new laws regarding refrigerant. I checked this and yes he was right, but this is to do with disposal of refrigerant not recharging your car air con system. Any help would be much appreciated.
  3. Escort High Clutch

I have just bought my wife aN Escort Mk 6 - S reg, and she is complaining about the clutch being too high when she drives and stalling the car. I drove it the other day and yes i keep banging my knee off the steering wheel. Can anyone tell me if i can adjust the clutch pedel to lower it slightly, so she does not have the problem and i do not bang my knee off the steering wheel? I have heard that there is a small allen screw that i can adjust on the pedel, but have not had a chance to loom yet. Cheers
