  1. I release I'm entering this discussion at a late stage but I have the same problem. The procedure in the video is straghtforward and I have removed as per - however, there is a panel to the left of the switch console that is defying removal. Any thoughts?
  2. Hi I am trying to remove and repair/replace the heater matrix on my 2002 Mk5. I have loosened the switch/radio console, removed the glovebox and loosened off the two pipes in the engine bay but am now stuck. How do I remove the vertical plastic panel that sits behind the left hand edge of the radio console - it is preventing me withdrawing the matrix? Grateful for any assistance.
