  1. When you do a HPI check it will say who the outstanding finance is with. Once you have the details including the loan ref number go to the bank and get a bankers draft made out to the finance company and pay the remainder to the owner. This is the only way that you can be sure the finance company will receive their money and don't come after the car. It's worth the extra little bit of effort for the piece of mind. This is one of the main reasons to do a HPI check, if you ignore the information and just pay the asking price in cash you might be allright but you might get stung and end up without a car or money. If the owner is going to pay the finance company anyway then he should have no problem with this.

  3. Nice Car
  4. Hi I have a ford focus 1.8 TDCi with bluetooth and voice control on a second generation Sony CD. Everything used to work great without problems but now I have no bluetooth or voice control. I've found a couple of post on the net relating to 2006 ford focus which suggest taking out fuses 58 and 83 to solve the issue however my car does not have these fuses. My fuses go from 1 - 36 and 100 - 143. Can anyone give any advice on how to fix this problem for my car or what fuses 58 and 83 relate to in a 2006 car so that I can check for the relevant fuses. Thank you for any help or advice.
  5. Hi Everyone, Thanks for any help you can give. I would like to know how to remove the key blade from my 2007 ford focus key fob. It's the key fob with the button on it to release the key blade. I can get the the key fob into two halfes but I can't see how to remove the blade. I have purchase a second key fob from ebay the idea is that I can get a new key blade cut and recode it. Thanks
