  2. I've the green box on my astra.. It really is awesome kit.. On the astra the fitting was simple, took me 5mins.. They really are impressive and as soon as i change my car i'll be sending it back for a new one for the fezzie.. Kcnbob: My cars a comp car.. So i take it off every service or time it's in the garage.. But again it's so simple it's not even a chore.. It's great for fuel also.. Used to get 400-420 miles outta the tank, it's now 470-500.. Know i'm new here and my opinion won't mean much.. But honestly, it's awesome, best mod i've ever done.. As for power, DTUK state 170ps, a 50ps increase.. Ok, i'm reluctant to say "Yeah deffo my cars 170brake!!" But i've had astra 150's and not by a crawing amount.. It's gotta be 160ps at least.. But only a RR would confirm that, which i won't do.. CRTD2 for the astras has different maps, whereas mine has just different levels.. No experience, but seems to be the one the astra boys love.. For reliability, never once had a problem.. Closest was after i while of having i cracked it up to max and after a few days noticed was getting smoke "onload".. So turned it back down.. Always get a nice little puff on putting foot down but nowt once going..
  3. Thanks IP.. ST for learners!! Hoot for the kiddies(you being one of them! ;) ), I can see the appeal for yourself and for work.. Nuff said..
  4. Last posts before this were in here.. http://www.fordownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=18642&st=30
  5. Off your head fella.. No need to leave really is there? Love forums i do, always get a mix of random people from random situations voicing totally different opinions.. All that and it's typed, so body language or tone of voice cannot be used to tell how comments are meant.. Read the Piggy debate and not taking no side or getting involved.. But surely there's no need to leave the forum.. More members the better not vice versa.. Joined in 09 and still here? Must be thought of otherwise you would have been pushed out by now.. Good luck in what ever you choose..
  6. I know, seems ages away.. But thats when the current lease is up so it "should" be a smooth switch over.. Yeah, has to be oil burner due to work.. But again, after having my astra, it opened my eyes to having power without having to rev the car hard.. Plus at 25k a year mainly motorways, diesel really is the only way.. Thanks for the replies guys..
  7. Nice an pretty fella.. Love red on cars, always look good when clean.. Gets the thumbs up from me!
  8. Thanks Nath, yeah love my dervs for the torque.. Company forces, but tbh i probably would get another derv for myself anyway.. See you've a white one too! Love the white, went for the white with the zetec bumpers etc and the black 16" 7 spokes.. Know it'll look pretty, but was scared of the guts.. 53mpg av! My Astra is av 44-47 currently with a DTUK chip and was happy wit that.. Thanks, thats good news..
  9. Hi all.. First of all, quick intro as i'm a noob here.. Gareth - Just ordered my Fiesta Titanium, due for delivery end of june.. Just wanna know what you guys think of the 95ps derv?? Little concerned it's gonna be a bore to drive.. Has it any go? It's only got a little car to pull so hoping it'll be alright like.. I know it's not gonna be quick, but so badly hope it's not gonna be dead.. Am looking forward to it tho, i'm downsizing so decided to treat myself to a few options on it, help feed my male appetite for toys.. ;) Thanks in advance..
