Eh up mate! Just been looking at the newbies site! I see you didn't get a welcome! But you have posted a couple of other threads I see! Hope you got an answer to your question or problem! I am having problems with my Fiesta, and joined yesterday, hoping for some advice! Not got what I wanted yet, but hopefully someone will have an answer soon! All the best, AL.
Hi Kayess! Yep! Just like me, older member! I joined yesterday! All web sites are a bit confusing to start off with! Soon find your way round! I think there is a dedicated forum for Radio & electronic problems, if not, brouse the forums for similar problems you are having. If you can't find the answer. Post your own Topic! But make sure you post it under the right forum, otherwise it might get missed! GOOD LUCK! AL.
AL-MK6-BLUE posted a topic in Maintenance / Servicing / MOT DiscussionsCan anyone confirm my fears that this is down to a fault in the ABS electronic module? A common fault I believe? Possibly down to water ingress? DIAGNOSTIC CODE U0121 detected. Also tried instrument cluster "self test", Tacho and Speedo do not go to max like they should, fuel and temp do go to max and stay there! Error codes E200,E197,and E262 also present! Most of the other data is not what it should be! Is the cluster (normal use and test) not working because of the ABS electronic fault, or vice versa? Big difference in repair bill! Finally, can the ABS Electronic module be replaced without replacing the mechanical parts of the ABS system? I think I have seen this thread before somewhere, but for the life of me, I can't find it again! Any advice would be much appreciated, AL
