Posting in General Chat thread.   11/11/2017

it has been noted that too many Members are posting messages in the General Chat area instead of the correct Forums. Any messages posted in the General Chat area that are not General Chat will be deleted without warning and offenders may recieve warning points if repeated instances are seen from that Member. There are plenty of different Club areas that encompass 99% of Ford related posts, please select and use the correct one. If anyone is not sure of which area to post something then feel free to P/M myself or other Senior Staff for guidance. The Moderating Staff are having to spend far too much time chasing this problem instead of maintaining the other areas of the forum.

  1. Hi all, I've got a 99 (V) Ford Focus 5 door. Popped some 17" TSW alloys on there. Presumed they'd fit the car being that when you put my reg into all the tyre / wheel websites, 17" seems to be a normal thing. They fit the car, but then they scrape sometimes....presumebly on the edge of the back arches. It's not when I go over speed bumps (unless I hit them quite hard) but more if I turn sharply. What can I do and why don't they fit? I don't really want to get rid of them because 1) I won't get my money back and 2) they look great!! Thanks.
  2. Ridiculous Insurance Quotes..

I'm 20, IAM passed with 2yrs no claims. Fully comp on a 2 litre Focus is about £800 for me, which is good. Renewal, even though I'm now a year older, license year long + with 3yrs NCB is now £1250+ And I've shopped around - I can't find anything cheaper!
