  1. Oil drain screw?!

The problem will be is that although you have a receipt for the service which would show that the workshop serviced your car, which would make the over tightened plug their fault, they will say that when you saw the drip of oil, that it was you who over tightened the plug to seal it. Even more so if you tell the that you had your car on your mechanic mates lift.  They will try to wiggle out of any responsibilty and pass the buck if they can.
  2. Which DashCam?

http://www.road-angel.co.uk/product/road-angel-halo With hardwire kit, its on all the time, has standby, park mode, impact sensors.google mapping, gps, front and rear cameras, 1280p front. 1080p rear. Battery back up.
  3. £6k to spend...what could I get?

An insurance write off even if it's only "D" will always be an insurance write off. Harder to sell on and maybe loaded on the insurance,
  4. Headlight is broken...

You could also try. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111774437140?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Never used them but they are in Doncaster, maybe have look to compare.
  5. Oil drain screw?!

Yes, thats what you need, although Fords should supply a new sump plug when servicing.
  6. Headlight is broken...

Quite a few breakers on Ebay advertising wheel nuts for facelift festers. Worth giving them a call. Selling wheelnuts is their ad for braking the whole car.
  7. Oil drain screw?!

If it was oil leaking from the oil drain plug it was most probably because the last owner didn't replace the plug and copper washer for a new one as recommended. It would be cheaper for you to buy a new plug with washer , a can of oil and drained the oil, replaced the plug and then seen if it still leaked before booking it in to a Ford agent.
  8. Dash cam advice??

Not the cheapest, but, front 1280p and 780p rear cameras, google mapping, GPS, impact sensors, date and time. Hard wired and always ready. http://www.road-angel.co.uk/product/road-angel-halo You only get what you pay for, and regret it when you needed it and didn't have it.
  9. Ford fiesta Alloy wheel nuts

If you read the info with the ads, you will see that the Osram Nightbreakers are 110% brighter. The first Phillips are 20% and the second Phillips 60% brighter.

  13. New Tires

Check AVON, last time I bought tyres they were at least £20 cheaper then Continental Contact Sport 5 and had the same "A" ratings and spec.
  14. Main Beam Bulbs

It's easy to be confused with all the different bulbs and misleading handbooks. The outer, projector light is the dipped beam. single filament H7. It does stay on when main beam is switched on. The main beam as you say is H15. 55/15w. You will find it easier to remove the headlight units to change the bulbs, especially for the n/s and to see how the bulbs are located. Easy enough job, 2 star head screws and the plastic locator at the front, Check handbook for diagram. remove wiring plug and grip firmly and give a tug upwards and slightly to the rear. Don't touch the bulb glass with your bare hands, wear disposable gloves.
