Hi, may not be of any use to you now. But this is one of the issues i am currently having with my 2004 TDCi, Ford assure me it is an issue relating to the EGR valve needing cleaning/replacing. Other associated problems are the car 'hunting for revs' at approx 2200rpm when coasting, increased fuel consumption and a lot of black smoke under acceleration. Ive got some spray which worked on my wifes Zafira when i cleaned her EGR valve (the car not the wife), so i'll try that before i replace it. Hi everyone, Im in need of some advice please. A few of my bulbs have recently failed behind my speedo & fuel gauge, can anyone help with telling how i can remove the clocks so i can replace the bulbs? also what type and how many to renew a full set? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Scott :(
