  1. Im In Love...

I reckon you two need to listen through a set of none Ford speakers. ;) :D
  2. Torque Settings

It depends which wheel nuts you have and can be anywhere between 90 and 130Nm. 100Nm is a good starting point though.
  3. Oil Filter Tool

Check this you tube vid out.
  4. Tdci Oil Cooler

Sounds more like the start of head gasket problems to me though I could be completely wrong. Check for the following first. With the engine running do you get bubbles coming through the header tank? Are you losing coolant or using more oil than you would expect? Are you getting any yellowish slimy deposits under the oil filler cap or on the dipstick? Is the engine smokier than you would expect? Does it run/tickover roughly?
  5. Oil Filter Tool

If you have a paper filter then you will need a suitable torx socket to drain the oil from the housing first and a suitable very large socket (36mm) to unscrew the plastic filter housing.
  6. Mpg Concern?

Have a look on Fordwiki. There's a how to on EGR valve cleaning on there in the Mondeo section. Plus a tonne of other useful stuff. I can't post a link because the admin don't allow it so just www it and co.uk the rest. ;)
  7. Air Ambulance

I've lifted this from a bike forum I frequent but figure there will be loads of people on here who, like me, know someone who is now only around because of the sterling work that the folks of the Air Ambulance do. And for those that don't then consider any extra money we can get for them as a potential life insurance premium. "Please may I bring to your attention a petition to encourage the Government to exempt Air Ambulance services from duty on the fuel they use, in the same way as the Lifeboats (RNLI) are exempt. If we gain 100,000 signatures, Parliament is duty bound to debate the issue - currently we have over 15,000 signatures. Thank you for your support for this magnificent volunteer funded service." http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/29349 Many thanks Rob.
  8. Forgive Me Father, For I Have Sinned...

I'd have a look at the Merc SLK if I had that kind of budget. ;)
  9. Best Driving Songs?

This is the thing - Fink Kashmir - Led Zep Fly Away - Lenny Kravitz One of these days - Pink Floyd Motorhead - Motorhead Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol Club Foot - Kasabian Hometown Glory - Adele What it Takes - Aerosmith La Femme D'Argent - Air Clint Eastwood - Gorillaz Just a few. Should get you a few miles. :)
  10. Is This A Good Buy?

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! Sounds about right on price to me as a place to start negotiations from. He should be willing to move around 10% so offer him £1200 and start from there.
  11. Boot Mod On Mondeo Mk3

Looks good mate. What's it sound like? Not much cop to me though. I actually have to use the boot to carry stuff in. :(
  12. Evening

Good evening to one and all. Bought the Mondeo after a nightmare 6 months with a Laguna and have to say I wish I'd bought one years ago. The cards behind the bar (virtual obviously) so get stuck in. :D
