Posting in General Chat thread.   11/11/2017

it has been noted that too many Members are posting messages in the General Chat area instead of the correct Forums. Any messages posted in the General Chat area that are not General Chat will be deleted without warning and offenders may recieve warning points if repeated instances are seen from that Member. There are plenty of different Club areas that encompass 99% of Ford related posts, please select and use the correct one. If anyone is not sure of which area to post something then feel free to P/M myself or other Senior Staff for guidance. The Moderating Staff are having to spend far too much time chasing this problem instead of maintaining the other areas of the forum.

  1. Ford Focus Satnav Volume.

Thanks everyone that has contributed. I have been away for a couple of days, so just picked up your suggestions. I will try out the various recommendations shortly.
  2. Ford Focus Satnav Volume.

Hi, I have a 60 reg Ford Focus with satnav built in to the radio/CD. My problem is that when the satnav is operating and the radio cuts out to allow audible directions to be given, the volume of the voice is so low it cannot be heard. I have tried all the variations of the satnav controls I can find to alter the volume, but so far have not been able to increase it to a level I can hear clearly. Can anyone help and put me in the right direction?
  3. Focus Outside Temperature Display.

Cheers guys, it worked a treat.
  4. I have just changed my 57 plate Focus Ghia for a 60 plate Focus Sport. The outside temperature display on my new car is given in Fahrenheit (F) and I would like it to read in Celsius©. I have read through the owners handbook and tried all combinations in the car settings without success. Can anyone help me to change the units to Celsius?
  5. Welcome to the Ford forums The Kestrel :)
