  1. Thanks mate yeah I believe the battery is in the way for that one. I've changed them on an A4 just wanted to make sure the process was as simple as it was on that, however on the A4 the engine needed to be jacked up to get it off the mounts. I don't believe this is the case with the Fiesta though...
  2. Used Hammerite on my calipers and drums for years without issue. Although always used the pot of paint not the spray.
  3. Anyone? Is it a case of supporting the engine with a jack and then undoing and replace?
  4. I want to change the upper engine mounts on my fiesta as I think one or both is the cause of an issue I have. How easy are these to change?
  5. Half way through the job and its straight forward. Only half way as ECP have decided to send me the wrong part! So will have to finish tomorrow. Hopefull it is the cause of my issue as the old mount is cracked.
  6. I have an issue with my Fiesta and I'm quite sure its the lower engine/gearbox mount causing the trouble, so going to replace it. Is this as simple as get under the car, support the engine and then unbolt and replace? Cheers.
  7. Thanks guys :)
  8. Hi I'm Chris from near Newcastle, I have just picked up a very clean little MK6.5 Fiesta Zetec S at the weekend. Fantastic little car, a "little" slower than the EP3 Civic Type R it replaces but is ideal for me at the moment. I have had various Fords in the past, 3 MK6 Escorts (One with a 2.0 conversion), a MK5 Fiesta Zetec S, MK1 Focus Ghia, a 90 Spec Escort RS Turbo and a Focus ST3. Its good to be back in a Blue Oval Here's a picture of the little ZS:
