  1. Squeal When Turning

Power steering pump is sometimes associated with squealing sounds, just like the OP has described. I would advise to check the pump, just in case.
  2. Door Seals Peeling

If anyone else is in the same situation (where the dealer refuses to accept responsibility) - buy the door seal from a scrapyard for about £10.00, some araldite for £5.00 and do it yourself.
  3. Steering Wheel Air Bag Cover

Since the steering airbag cover is hard plastic, it is unlikely that you will be able to remove the deep scratch. The best option is to replace it. Just like any Ford piece of plastic, it does not come cheap. Ford Focus airbag cover is available from ebay for £79.00 + £10.00 P&P: http://www.ebay.co.u...w-/330637546391 You will have to search around and find out which one will fit your car. It may prove difficult and expensive to get hold of this part. In my opinion you do not require to go to a dealer to get the steering airbag cover replaced, you will be able to do it just as well, just by being careful and patient.
  4. Door Seals Peeling

You expect the car to be of suitable quality. The door seals should not fall off on a car which is two years old. Stand your ground and use TSB, as well as hundreds of posts from unhappy Ford owners on the Internet to your advantage.
  5. The Car Is Here!

A quick question for Emme - how are you finding the seat handles, the ones you have to pull towards you to get in the back? The ones on my Mk5 Fiesta always kept on breaking, regardless of how careful you were.
  6. The Car Is Here!

Nobody on this forum, is under any obligation to read posts, which they may not like or find boring. Back to the topic - the interior looks nice and well built. Good job on getting a new car.
  7. Hello, I hope this is the correct subsection of the forum to make my post under. I would like to buy a replacement gear knob and left hand door moulding for Ford Fiesta Finesse 3dr hatchback. I have looked through a number of websites, such as http://www.fordpartsuk.com/, http://www.247spares.co.uk/ford and http://www.fordpartsgateway.co.uk/ for these two parts, however the prices I was quoted were around £20.00 for the door moulding and £40.00 for the gear knob. I find this abit expensive and therefore was wondering if somebody could suggest a cheaper place to get the parts from or has these parts lying around the house and therefore would be interested in selling them to me. I have attached some pictures to help identify exactly which parts I am after. http://www.fordownersclub.com/media/james22/Lefthanddoormoulding_l.JPG http://www.fordownersclub.com/media/james22/Gearknob_l.JPG Many thanks James
