  1. Have you got a link to these?
  2. Thanks for the suggestions guys! She's finally getting her car repaired tomorrow 😃
  3. Hi, Roughly two months ago my sister was on in a minor RTC. Her car was looked at by a garage and needs some minor repair work. A couple of days later a nearly new hire car was dropped off and she was told the garage will call when they require her to drop her car off for repair. She's now been running around in a nearly new focus for roughly 2 months and is in no rush to get her 11 year old civic looked at by the garage. Can anyone shed any light on the possibility that she may incur some sort of bill for this? She's under the impression that neither she nor the neighbour that crashed into her will get a bill for this but I'm worried one of them might since she's not been forthcoming in approaching the garage to get her own car fixed.
  4. That's awesome thanks!
  5. Have you got a link to this box? I've had a nosey on eBay but can't seem to see anything matching your description.
  6. Thanks for the help
  7. Good evening troops! I need new wishbones for my 1.6 2006 mk2 zetec climate auto. The trouble is, I don't know if I need the 18mm or the 21mm. My reg is SH06 EKC. When I put it in Euro car parts it lists both the 18s and 21s! The only thing that's listed differently is the 21mm's say "with xenon" is that the only difference? I can't understand why xenon lights would require an extra 3mm thickness? Can anyone shed some light? Thanks in advance.
  8. The red one doesn't look bad but the black one is awful. What will be the price difference over a normal car? I imagine it'll be cheaper to buy a normal car and wrap the roof yourself.
  9. How do you program keys? I thought only ford could do that? Good offer for anyone local to you! You ever thought of relocating to the top of Scotland?
  10. As someone who has had 2 mk2's and a mk2.5 (all 1.6 petrol) I'd advise you don't getthe 1.6 petrol. They're gutless and fuel economy is dire. I'm currently looking for a mk2.5 2l tdi ;)
  11. Completely off topic but... What engine do you have in your auto? I've had three petrol 1.6s and want to move to a 2.0 but I'm interested in the mpg. If you have a 2l could you let me know?
  12. Cheers! I've ordered some now so fingers crossed!
  13. Hi just a quick one. Power socket has gone on my 2006 mk2. What fuses do I need to get? I ordered a pack from eBay but they're too big
  14. Have you tried to change the battery in your fob?
  15. Cheers guys. I don't talk to him anymore. Nothing to do with the crash though, he never meant for that to happen. He took the Humph that he never got invited to my full wedding and at the stag was apparently saying if it wasn't for the crash money there'd be no wedding. 2 of my mates told me about this after he said he couldn't make it so I just gave up on him after that. He had a scratch about 4" on his leg and a lot of bruising. They accepted the first offer as if we had gone and gotten less the union would have to pay the insurance bill. If I wanted to continue myself I would have had to start the claim again which would involve the same 6 trips per year to Edinburgh per year to see they're 3 specialist's followed by my 3 specialist's and being followed by private investigators. That one really killed me! Seeing a DVD of me sitting in my garden whilst my daughter was playing made me so angry! I'd also have to start with a brand new solicitor and at the time I was suffering major depression and just gave up. Cheers for the good wishes folks
