  1. LMAO Lenny, had to share that image on FB. I just used the link to your PhotoBucket so I didn't nick the credit ( the thought had crossed my mind though ;) )
  2. Just a quick update. I've had to sell the Escort (thanks Ulster Bank) :( My brother was good enough to offer me a fair price for it & not take advantage of the position I was in and even agreed to let me do any of the work on it that I am capable of - so on the up side I still get to flex my amateur petrol head muscles on it. So at least I can still do a bit of learning. Once I get access to my money I'll be in the market for a nice cheap wee Ford to tinker with if anyone in the Northern Ireland area has any leads please feel free to pass them on.
  3. Wow, the last Escort. Cracking motor, shame to see them end :( Hope you get your answers, don't forget to keep us posted.
  4. Hi Phil, I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you, but I'm also interested to find that out, so I just wanted to reply to the topic to bump the thread. Surely someone knows! :)
  5. Hi All, I just thought I'd introduce myself. My name's Patrick, I'm from Northern Ireland and I drive around in a 2002 Mondeo TDCi which I've owned for 2 years. I also own a 1998 Escort which I bought in January and is basically for tinkering with. I'm hoping to restore it to road going condition and learn a lot along the way. So without doubt I'll be putting the FOC to good use :) I'm by no means mechanically experienced and can only look forward to reaching 'Amateur' status, but hey, we must all start somewhere.
  6. Welcome to the Ford forums Cage :)
