  1. Hi just like to say-i read this as wanted to fit new headlight bulbs to my 2009 fiesta-it took me 10minutes to remove lights replace the main beam bulbs to upgraded  upto130% brighter H7 bulbs-and put the lights back in and close the bonnet. Thankyou (p.s. Im a middle aged female-but i know im quite hands on & felt confident knowing i could fit them after reading your post-thanks again!!) Nicky

  2. I'm sure these have a test/diagnostics mode that you can put them into and one of the modes would illuminate all of the dashboard lights If you can get into this then you can tell if the bulbs faulty or if something else is at fault http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1ie_OCgDOyw Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  3. Got Diffuser Painted But.......

Where did you get that diffuser from? Actually quite like it:D Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  4. Got Diffuser Painted But.......

I'd say it looks satin black, just looks quite similar to the factory finish on the bumper trims. Think you were imagining it to be gloss black instead. Still looks good tho Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  5. Gel Overlays

Got mine from geloverlays com and I couldn't be happier with mine Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  6. Rear Washer On My Focus Mk2 Not Working But Front Does

They have separate filters for rear and front as far as I know Had the same problem with my old one when I bought it and the garage sorted it by cleaning the filter Think the easiest way to get to it is to remove the wheel and arch liner Hope this helps (y) Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  7. Paint Colour

https://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do Click on vehicle at the top and then type your reg in there and on the right hand side it will tell you the paint colour Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  8. Petrol Leak! Ughhh

with you saying you can hear it for 2 minutes after you turn the car off I think it would more likely be a part of the fuel system that is pressurised If it was the fuel tank then it would just be more of a dripping If it's a hole or split in the fuel line then a garage should be able to replace the broken part relatively easily (depending on the location of it ) Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

  10. Moss Underneath Spoiler

I noticed this on mine and I've got a little sort of hand steam cleaner which I used to get into the places that my little brush couldn't reach Loosen it up with the steam and them rinsed it off and got rid of most of it Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  11. Are These Any Good? Aircon Tools

I'm a refrigeration engineer (not on cars, but more or less the same) The product on Amazon wouldn't do a lot and you would just be wasting your money If your air con stopped working and a shortage of gas was the issue, then the system should be vacuumed down to remove all air and any blockages, and then regassed weighing in the correct amount of refrigerant The type of refrigerant also changes depending on year of manufacture, r134a in the link hasn't been used for a few years now due to environmental affects and technically you have to be qualified, as the old gas has to be recovered, weighed and disposed of properly As others have said, go to a garage and let them sort it out if you get an issue Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

  13. Back Panel/wheel Lining/black Pipe

Looks like the panels aren't aligned properly, the rear quarter and bumper should lie flush and the wheel liner does have a sort of 'lip' that sticks out slightly Looks like the arch has been hit on something or pressed in and the liner could have just popped out of place Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  14. Mk7 Led Fog Bulbs

I think it's more likely to be that the contacts on the led lights are bent or slightly differently positioned to the proper bulbs Seen as they work with croc clips and a battery The low current draw from them shouldn't affect anything You might have mentioned this already, but the connector might need to go the other way around to get the positive and negative on the correct pin Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
  15. Help... Water In The Spark Plug Holes!

As above, on the mk6 fiestas 02-06(I believe) the washer jets don't have rubber seals between the jets and bonnet and somehow leak into the spark plug wells Bought a new set of washer jets and it sorted the problem on my old car Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC
