Thanks guys I have checked oil and its been serviced well from new usually in the engine it needs 35 psi pressure for the oil to circulate round and everything seems normal my O2 sensor recently went and when I went to change it the cap was missing asive it's dropped down into my cat exhaust box I that it was that but can't confirm it but also a know this car has variable timing and may have jumped one tooth causing it to make this clicking noise if anyone has knowledge on this ???
